Topics
There are five sections that cover the main conference topics.
The sixth special section „Drops in Artificial Life“ focuses on understanding and utilizing liquid systems to simulate and replicate life processes. This includes exploring chemical reactions, self-assembly, and the physical dynamics of droplets to model basic biological functions. This special session will also focus on the use of droplets in synthetic biology applications.
- T1: B&D – from single bodies to multiphase flows
- T2: Wetting, spreading, evaporation
- T3: Adsorption, interfacial dynamics and rheology
- T4: Foams, emulsions and liquid films
- T5: B&D in industrial applications
- T6: Special section „Drops in Artificial Life“

Oral presention
The plenary lecture is scheduled to last 40 minutes and the discussion afterwards for 10 minutes. The keynote lecture is scheduled for 20 minutes and the discussion afterwards for 10 minutes. The normal lecture is scheduled for 15 minutes and the discussion for 5 minutes.
Poster presentation
The poster section is planned for Tuesdy afternoon. Presenters will place their posters on the designated boards during Tuesday morning and remove them after the poster session.
The size of the poster board is 130 cm (height) by 96 cm (width) portrait (for A0 poster). Presenters will label their posters with a heading that includes the title (in letters at least 4 cm high) and the name(s) of the author(s), affiliation, city and country (in letters at least 2 cm high).
